Data associated with an account is kept while the account remains active. If you request account cancellation or closure, the data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it longer (for example, tax or accounting obligations relating to issued invoices).
4. Recipients and data processors
Guilda Work is hosted on our own infrastructure (servers in the European Union), and no data is shared with advertising networks or third parties unrelated to the provision of the service. Some optional modules of the service itself (mail, electronic signature, invoicing, CRM, document storage) process the data you choose to enter into them, always within the same infrastructure — none of it is shared with external analytics or advertising providers.
No international data transfers take place outside the European Economic Area.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to gestio@guilda.cat, stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identification document. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration: password encryption, regular backups, and active monitoring against improper access attempts.
7. Cookies and technical storage
For details on which cookies and local storage are used, see the cookie policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to legislative changes or changes to the service itself. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
