Features

Nine fewer tabs open

Mail

A normal mail client, but one that categorizes on its own and helps you draft the reply.

Tasks and notes

The day's tasks organized by client, with a history of everything already done.

Calendar

Deadlines, appointments and timed tasks — without three different calendars open at once.

CRM

Clients and opportunities in the same place. No extra tab, no extra login.

Invoicing

“Invoice this client for this amount” and that's it — straight from the assistant itself.

Signatures

Real electronic signature, ready to send in a couple of clicks.

Drive

Documents editable right in the browser, nothing to install.

Tickets

One place to note what's broken or missing, with Kanban-style tracking.

AI assistant

Ask for what you need in one sentence and it does it: create a task, find an email, move a ticket.

Time tracking

Tamper-evident time records with cryptographic hash-chaining, ready for upcoming regulation.

Tax calendar

Quarterly/annual tax form deadlines generated and tracked per client, automatically.

Why this exists

It doesn't replace what already works for you. It brings it together.

Mail CRM Invoicing Signatures Tickets Guilda Work

You already know most of these tools separately: a CRM, an invoicing app, a place to sign documents. The problem was never the tool itself — it's logging into ten different sites, with ten different passwords, to do an afternoon's work.

Guilda Work doesn't reinvent CRM, invoicing or electronic signature from scratch — it connects the best of what already exists behind a single login, and adds an assistant that knows its way around every module when you ask it to.

And since it runs on your own server, what happens to your clients' data is up to you, not a privacy policy someone else can change next month.

FAQ

What people usually ask

Is it secure?

As secure as the server it lives on: regular backups and active protection against brute-force attempts or known exploits. It's not magic, it's serious maintenance.

Can I take my data with me if I leave?

Yes. Notes and tasks export to JSON or CSV whenever you want, no permission needed.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — there's a native iOS app (Android on the way), with the same tools and the same AI assistant as the web. Plus a token-based REST API if you want to connect your own.

Does it work with Claude or another AI?

Yes — the whole system speaks MCP, so you can connect it to whatever AI client you already use, without depending on the built-in assistant.

Does time tracking meet the regulation?

Yes. Insert-only time records with hash-chaining: any direct alteration in the database is mathematically detectable, not just “trusted”. Optional geolocation, exportable in a format ready for a future labour inspection.

Does it track my clients' tax deadlines?

Yes, if you run an accounting firm: Spanish tax forms (303, 390, 130, 111, 115, 200) generated automatically per client, with reminders before each deadline and, if you want, recurring generation every quarter.
